1.1. These Regulations set forth the policy of Autonomous Nonprofit Organization Evrazia (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) regarding the processing and protection of Personal Data of individuals who use the website https://premiyaevrazia.su/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and of contestants in the Evrazia International Awards and other events organized by the Operator.
1.2. The purpose of this document is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of Personal Data, including the protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality.
1.3. The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is formed by a number of regulatory documents, including the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data,” the Operator’s Articles of Association, and these Regulations.
1.4. These Regulations are publicly accessible and are posted on the Website.
Personal Data means any information relating, directly or indirectly, to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).
Processing of Personal Data means any action (operation) or set of actions performed in relation to Personal Data, whether or not using automation technology.
The Website means the collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as the computer programs and databases that make them accessible on the Internet at the web address https://premiyaevrazia.su/.
The Operator means ANO Evrazia, which, either independently or jointly with other entities, organizes the processing of Personal Data and determines the purposes of such processing, the scope of the Personal Data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on the Personal Data.
3.1. The organization and administration of the Evrazia International Awards:
— the registration and review of applications for the Awards (categories: “Voice of Eurasia”, “Matter of the Heart”, “Cultural Code”, “Eurasia Leader”, “Bridges of Friendship”, “Public Recognition”, “Memory of Generations”, “Call of the Heart”, “Global Language”, “Bright Start” and others);
— the conducting of the expert review and international vote;
— liaising with contestants, experts, and partners regarding the organization of the various stages of the Awards;
— the disbursement of prize money, as well as mentoring and the provision of educational support.
3.2. Ensuring the proper operation of the Website and the feedback system:
— providing access to information about the Awards, the winners, the experts, and the advisory board;
— reviewing inquiries submitted via feedback forms or the contact information provided on the Website.
3.3. Communications and PR Support:
— providing information about the Operator’s activities, the results of the Awards, and partner events;
— publishing information about the winners and finalists (including photos, videos, and project descriptions) in public media for the purposes set forth in the Award Regulations.
3.4. Other purposes:
— compliance with the requirements of the law of the Russian Federation;
— conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data.
4.1. In order to achieve the purposes set forth in Section 3, the Operator may process the following types of Personal Data:
— last name, first name, patronymic;
— contact information (telephone number, email address);
— information regarding place of residence and citizenship;
— information from an identity document (in cases provided for by law or when necessary to make payments);
— bank account information (for making payments);
— information about professional experience (place of employment, job title, achievements, project descriptions);
— photographs, video footage, and audio recordings;
— information about participation in events, publications, and awards.
4.2. The Operator may not process special categories of Personal Data (relating to race, national origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, or sex life) without the data subject’s explicit consent, except as provided by law.
4.3. The Operator may process biometric Personal Data (photographs, video images) only with the data subject’s consent, in accordance with the procedures established by law.
The legal grounds for the processing of Personal Data are:
— Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data”;
— the Operator’s Articles of Association;
— the Regulations on the Evrazia International Awards;
— the data subject’s consent to the processing of Personal Data;
— agreements entered into between the Operator and data subjects (including in the form of acceptance of a public offer).
6.1. The Operator processes Personal Data both using automated technologies and without them.
6.2. Personal Data is processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and purpose limitation, and the content and volume of the data processed must be consistent with the purposes of processing.
6.3. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data:
— consent is given by the data subject through actions that imply such consent (checking a box, submitting an application, registering on the Website and filling out a feedback form);
— consent may be revoked by the data subject by sending written notice to the Operator at the email address or mailing address listed on the Website. If consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing the data on grounds provided for by law.
6.4. The Operator may entrust the processing of Personal Data to third parties (IT contractors, voting organizers, payment partners) under a contract, provided that such third parties comply with the requirements of Personal Data legislation.
6.5. Given the international nature of the Awards and the participation of individuals from countries across Eurasia, the Operator may transfer Personal Data across borders. Such transfers shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law of the Russian Federation and international treaties, in a manner that ensures the proper protection of the rights of data subjects.
7.1. The data subject is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Changes to the data may be made by sending a notice to the Operator.
7.2. The retention periods for Personal Data are determined by the purposes of their processing, and may not exceed the periods established by Russian law.
7.3. Personal data must be destroyed once the purposes of processing have been achieved, upon expiration of the retention period established by law or contract, or in the event that the data subject withdraws their consent (unless there are legal grounds for continuing the processing).
7.4. Data destruction is carried out by a commission, and a report is prepared documenting the process.
The data subject has the right:
8.1. To receive information regarding the processing of their Personal Data in accordance with the procedure established by Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152.
8.2. To request that their Personal Data be corrected, blocked, or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or obtained unlawfully.
8.3. To withdraw consent to the processing of their Personal Data.
8.4. To file a complaint regarding the Operator’s actions or omissions with the authorized body responsible for protecting the rights of data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or through the courts.
The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or disclosure, including:
— the appointment of a person responsible for organizing the processing of Personal Data;
— the use of information security measures (encryption, firewalls);
— ensuring confidentiality with respect to the data being processed;
— monitoring the activities of employees who have access to Personal Data.
10.1. These Regulations shall take effect on the date of their approval and shall remain in effect indefinitely until a new version is adopted.
10.2. The Operator may unilaterally amend these Regulations. The current version of these Regulations is always available on the Website.
